FASSBENDER PHOTOGRAPHIC COLLECTION -- In 1951 a new TV program called "The Adventures of Wild Bill Hickok" was launched in Deadwood, South Dakota. Guy Madison and sidekick Andy Devine were the main cast. The Deadwood Rotary Club hosted the launch with a mini Days of 76 Celebration. The TV show lasted until 1958. Glen Dunwiddie was the President of the Deadwood Rotary Club in 1951.
